THIS REFLECTS OUR COMMITMENT TO USING BOTH ITALIAN AND WELSH INGREDIENTS AND FLAVOURS IN OUR DISHES.

Rwcola's pizzas are made with Caputo, the same flour that the best pizzerias in Italy use. Crunchy pizzas made in the classic Italian style, with only 5 simple ingredients – flour, water, olive oil, yeast, and salt. The pizzas are then topped with the best quality ingredients, mainly from Wales and Italy, freshly prepared each day.

Matteo Monacelli, founder of Rwcola, is a true pizza maestro. His culinary journey spans over 15 years, mastering the art of pizza-making in renowned kitchens across Europe, including (but not limited to) Italy, France, Spain, Norway, and Poland. He's not only a skilled pizzaiolo, but also a certified instructor from the esteemed Accademia Pizzaioli, one of the world's finest pizza schools.
Matteo's thirst for knowledge extends beyond the kitchen. He's currently delving into the complexities of Food Science and Technology at Cardiff Metropolitan University, eager to understand the science behind delicious cooking and apply it to his pizza creations.
Matteo is a dedicated and passionate pizzaiolo, relentlessly pursuing excellence in his craft. His commitment to creating the perfect pizza and sharing his pizza passion with others shines through his work.
Rwcola is located inside the Container Village in Goodsheds. You can find us close to the Good Bar, between Tukka Tuk and Bagel Bagel.

Facilities
Restrooms, with wheelchair and baby-changing provisions, are in the Container Village and near outdoor seating.

We love dogs! Well-behaved pups are welcome to join you on a leash.

We have secure bike racks on Hood Road and near the coffee spot. Please note that bikes and scooters are not allowed on-site.
Transit
The closest train station is Barry, just a short walk from Rwcola. Four train stations near Goodsheds offer frequent service to Cardiff, with travel time under 30 minutes.
Parking
Free parking is available behind the Pumphouse. Limited 2-hour paid parking can be found at Junction House on Hood Road.
